Transportation of Dangerous Goods
The Clear Language Regulations for the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Part 6 of the regulation state that 1) A person who handles, offers for transport or transports dangerous goods must… a) “ be adequately trained and hold a training certificate in accordance with this Part; or. b) perform those activities in the presence and under the direct supervision of a person who is adequately trained and who holds a certificate in accordance with this Part.”
To assist you in reaching compliance with the revised regulations, Levac Supply Limited is offering in class training sessions as described below:
